Pigs SLaughtering Lines

BARONCINI offers slaughtering lines for pigs, with capacities from 6 up to 400 units/hour, adapted to your requests and corresponding to the european sanitary norms, as well as to the USDA norms.

Based on capacity, the plants include traditional stunning boxes or restrainer, automatic horizontal bleeding on belt-conveyor or vertical bleeding, scalding tanks with automatic advancing system, dehairing machines, horizontal or vertical singeing furnaces, brushing machines, saws,  automatic lines  (conveyors) or gravity slaughtering lines, inspection lines for organs, conveyors  for pre-cooling and rails for cold stores.
We deliver with our lines control panels with various informatization levels and with the possibility to implement the traceability system.
